Refunds: Refunds may be provided in accordance with our Refund Policy:
3.1. Refunds will only be issued for courses that have not been started. Once a course has been accessed or any portion of it has been completed, no refund will be issued.

3.2. Requests for refunds must be made in writing within 14 days of purchase. Any refund requests made after this period will not be considered.

3.3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the course.

3.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the date the request is received.

3.5. In cases where the course is defective or not as described, a full refund will be issued regardless of the 14-day time limit.

3.6. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that we determine to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to videos, lectures, and written content, are the property of the online academy and may not be reproduced or distributed without our express written permission.

Conduct: You agree to behave in a respectful and professional manner towards other students and instructors while using our online academy. Any inappropriate behaviour or activity may result in the termination of your account without a refund.

Privacy: We take your privacy seriously and will not share your personal information with any third parties without your express consent.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the online academy is located.

Access: Students will have access to each course for 90 days from the individual’s start date of each course. Each student will be required to complete an online assessment before they are able to move to the next course in the online academy.

Sharing Logins Policy:
10.1. Your login credentials are for your personal use only and may not be shared with any other individuals.

10.2. Sharing your login information with others who have not paid for the course is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your account without refund.

10.3. We use various methods to monitor login activity and may investigate any suspected instances of login sharing.

10.4. If we suspect that your login credentials have been shared with others, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to terminating your account, revoking your access to the course, and pursuing legal action.

10.5. By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge and agree that your login credentials are for your personal use only and that you will not share them with any other individuals.
